Steve works for the UK’s leading Office 365 partner with a focus on Exchange and Skype for Business. Outside of the day job, Steve is involved with the Exchange community via his blog, as an author, hosts the UC Architects podcast and speaks at users groups and conferences.
UK Director at NB Consult
Brian is a consultant, instructor and author specialising in Microsoft Exchange Server. With 20 years of experience in Microsoft and related technologies Brian specialises in Exchange design and architecture and problem remediation. Brian has passed (and taught) both the Microsoft Certified Master and Microsoft Certified Solutions Master in Exchange Server, placing him amongst a handful of Exchange Server experts in the United Kingdom and equally small number worldwide who have both the MCM certification and MVP award. Brian is a speaker at events such as the TechEd and the MEC and is used frequently by Microsoft UK to provide Executive Briefings on Exchange Server and Office 365 to industry leading companies. Brian lives in the UK and is married with three children.

Iain is based in Leeds and he specialises in the Microsoft UC technologies with +8 years experience. Iain focuses primarily in designing and deploying SFB /Lync solutions in large enterprises practices. He is active in the global Microsoft UC community via twitter as well as blogging and also can be found answering questions on the TechNet UC Forums, plus also he is the co-founder of the Northern UC UG.

Tom is a Skype for Business MVP who is an experienced .NET developer producing software which interacts with Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business. He is responsible for designing, developing and deploying development services projects for a varied client list as well as maintaining and developing Modality’s product line of Communication Enabled Business Process (CEBP) applications. He blogs about Microsoft Lync development at ThoughtStuff with plenty of code samples. In his spare time he is a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and enjoys DIY (not together).

Ed Baker is a Technical Evangelist at Microsoft UK Ltd, specialising in Azure, Enterprise Mobility and all things infrastructure. Ed was a late starter in the IT industry have traversed through a police career into a small business specialist into a Microsoft Certified Trainer and finally as a Technical Evangelist. Ed can be found travelling the country delivering IT Camps, presenting at various events large and small and generally having IT fun. In his ‘spare’ time ed is an active Freemason, Motorcyclist and ex Marathon runner seeking a new form of exercise!

Gary's career on Exchange Server started when he was chosen to travel to Microsoft Premier Support in Charlotte, NC and work on the Osmium (Exchange 5.5) beta support team. Michael Van Horenbeeck, also known as “VanHybrid,” is an Exchange Server MVP and MCSM in Messaging from Belgium. He specializes in everything around Exchange hybrid deployments and Office 365 (migrations) and is the director of product research for ENow Software, the leader in monitoring and reporting software for Microsoft solutions like Office 365, Exchange and Skype for Business. Alessio Giombini is a consultant with a strong focus on Microsoft and Unified Communications area. He has 20 years' worth of study and hands-on experience delivering small- to large-scale projects for major enterprise industries, mainly based on Microsoft and leading-edge technologies. He currently works as a Microsoft UC Solutions Architect for O2 – Telefónica UK.
He has broad background on a large range of Microsoft products and related technologies. Since 2007, he has designed and deployed Microsoft UC infrastructures based on Microsoft Skype for Business, Lync, OCS and related technologies, including private and public cloud-based hosted solutions on multi-tenanted and dedicated Lync architectures. He also loves talking about Lync through presales, by delivering technical presentations and workshops, solution designs, writing HLD and LLD documents, delivering proof of concepts, and designing the solution through to implementation.

Escalation Engineer at Fujitsu UK & Ireland
Nick has worked with MS Exchange since 1998, when he discovered that IT was more interesting than electron microscopy. He provides support and advice for some of the largest and most interesting Exchange implementations in Europe on behalf of his employer, Fujitsu UK & Ireland. He managed to scrape onto the very last Exchange 2010 rotation, and was awarded MCM in 2013. Nick has also earned a Master’s degree in networking from Sheffield Hallam University.
Nick can often be found on the telephone in the small hours, advising his colleagues on how to get Exchange started. This has taught him the twin virtues of patience and humility.
