Head of Unified Communications at Content and Code
Steve works for the UK’s leading Office 365 partner with a focus on Exchange and Skype for Business. Outside of the day job, Steve is involved with the Exchange community via his blog, as an author, hosts the UC Architects podcast and speaks at users groups and conferences.

Brian Reid
UK Director at NB Consult
Brian is a consultant, instructor and author specialising in Microsoft Exchange Server. With 20 years of experience in Microsoft and related technologies Brian specialises in Exchange design and architecture and problem remediation. Brian has passed (and taught) both the Microsoft Certified Master and Microsoft Certified Solutions Master in Exchange Server, placing him amongst a handful of Exchange Server experts in the United Kingdom and equally small number worldwide who have both the MCM certification and MVP award. Brian is a speaker at events such as the TechEd and the MEC and is used frequently by Microsoft UK to provide Executive Briefings on Exchange Server and Office 365 to industry leading companies. Brian lives in the UK and is married with three children.

Gary is a one of a small group of people worldwide that has earned both the Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) certification in Exchange Server and also the MVP award for Exchange Server.  Gary's career on Exchange Server started when he was chosen to travel to Microsoft Premier Support in Charlotte, NC and work on the Osmium (Exchange 5.5) beta support team.   He has been working on Microsoft technologies for nearly 18 years, with a specific focus on Exchange Server and supporting technologies.  Gary is currently a Principal Solution Architect at Binary Tree, where he is responsible for architecting the next generation of Binary Tree’s migration solutions.  Gary also works with partners and customers to ensure improvements are integrated into upcoming product releases.

Nick Parlow
Escalation Engineer at Fujitsu UK & Ireland
Nick has worked with MS Exchange since 1998, when he discovered that IT was more interesting than electron microscopy. He provides support and advice for some of the largest and most interesting Exchange implementations in Europe on behalf of his employer, Fujitsu UK & Ireland. He managed to scrape onto the very last Exchange 2010 rotation, and was awarded MCM in 2013. Nick has also earned a Master’s degree in networking from Sheffield Hallam University. Nick can often be found on the telephone in the small hours, advising his colleagues on how to get Exchange started. This has taught him the twin virtues of patience and humility.
